Can't say enough about how good we were treated at Harper Acura with our purchase. They were very specific in explaining every detail of the vehicle. I will always recommend them and especially our sales rep, Jeremy, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. And the next time we are in the market, that will be the first call I make.

RecommendedI purchased my last car here and the salesman took extremely good care of me. Also, every time I have had my car serviced here, the staff are all wonderful. They always ask if I want a water or a snack when I get there and when I leave. They also go over everything in detail that they did to the car. The customer service and care at Harper could not be better! They are transparent, fair, and truly seem to care about their customers. Ed took his time with us and Mr. Harper even came through to chat with us while we were there. If you are in the market for an Acura, I would highly recommend!
I rarely write reviews but have to say the customer service is very good. I love going to a business where you can see the employees love their job and where they work. You won’t be disappointed if you go here.
I am so grateful for the staff at Harper Acura Service Dept. I actually look forward to taking my car in because they treat me like royalty! Their recommendations are always on point, and when I feel like some items can be put off, they are great to remind me the next time I am in for scheduled maintenance. I won’t go anywhere else. Oh, and I love my Acura...five years old, and I still think of it as”my new car.”
