I recently purchased a 2017 Acura MDX. We don't normally deal with large dealerships. We have a local small dealer we always purchase our cars with. I couldn't have been more pleased with everyone at Acura. Mark Cauthen was absolutely fabulous. He was so courteous and helpful. Shannon & Patrick in the service department have been super helpful to make sure everything was taken care of & in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Harper Acura & would definitely use them again in my future purchases.

Great used car buying experience!
Our Acura transmission went out. We live in Maryville so I called a wrecker come get it and tow it to Harper Acura in Knoxville. I had to pay the tow truck driver, but Harper returned my money. I didn’t know I had free towing from them. They asked if we wanted a car to drive. We said no, we were ok. After the car was fixed, the service manager brought our car home. I appreciate good service. I will do business there again and I love my Acura, so I will buy there when I am ready to buy another car.
