Excellent customer service; thorough review of what needs immediate attention in regards to replacement(s); the service team confirms all necessary replacements, provides service recommendations based on their findings and notifies the customer prior to proceeding with any work. At the completion of service, they review everything once more, review future service, they take time answering all of your questions, and you never feel rushed. The level of service I have received from Harper Acura's team, is by far, the best.
