The worst casino, I've ever been in. I'll never go back.
After reading these reviews, I realize I'm not alone. The Buffet is just awful! Yes, Hard Rock is going down hill VERY fast. Rude staff.....I mean really rude. A non-existent Manager who doesn't give a crap....she walks around there putting in her hours....screw the patrons. The food is mundane and tasteless. No variety, same crap week after week. The staff is shiftless and did I mention RUDE! Skyla (one of the Buffet waitresses) should not be working in the service business......someone needs to tell her without customers s... read more
Pretty disappointed! Booked tickets to a concert there and also a room to only find out they gave my room away! Go to many concerts here and have stayed before. They tried to send me to a 2 star or less hotel, as if that's what I paid for! Didn't tell me that it's first come first serve after I paid 2 months in advance and then try and send me to a hole in the wall and call that good! They need to let people know that even though you book a room there, it's not a guarantee that you will get it! Very disappointed in the money... read more

Decent place I guess. First time going. Went with a friend for her birthday. Gambling isn't my thing, so probably wont be back.

I had an excellent time. The room was absolutely beautiful. The shower looked different than the pictures but was still nice. I wish that yall sold the cookies you give at the front desk during checkin. Those were absolutely amazing!!!

I went to the Darren Knight show,first time I've been to the Joint & I must admit I was impressed. He put on a awesome show it was worth every dime & I'd love to see him again but what I really want is a copy of the recording of that show. But anyways the theater was super nice !!!! We came early to eat at Toby Keith's but there was a 2.5 hour wait & that is damn ridiculous ! Y'all need to expand that place. It was fun people watching in the casino. What a great time!!!! We were on a weekend getaway. Friendly staff, room was clean, nice and comfortable. We were supposed to play god but since it was raining we didn't and they accommodated us with a rain check so we can play another day! How nice was that!?
