I love this place. I could only stay a short time. I had good luck and the Buffet was great.All of the employees that I had contact with were very nice and professional. I hope to stay all night sometime. This will give me more time to gamble.

Had vegas atmosphere. Machines dont pay, but thats okay. We did do buffet and it was great. I would rather drive 1.5 hours to come here or Siloam Springs. I live 3 miles from the one in Grove and it always disappoints.

The room I stayed in was was stuffy and warm the thermostat would only go down to 68 it felt like 78.
Hard Rock Hotel is the best. Just an overnight stay but spent 2 days looking at all the memorabilia that took us back in time (my hippie days) where I relived some of the best memories and music. Miss all my hard rock buddies. Hotel maids were so helpful and polite as well as the waitresses at Rte 66 cafe. Everyone was happy to see you and help you. Our room on the 7th floor was so comfortable, extra pillows in the drawers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board (not that I needed it) small fridge. Couldn't ask for a nicer frien... read more
Visited after going to The Weeknd concert. My wife and I came up from Okc. What an amazing place. Service was great and staff. Wonderful atmosphere and polite people. Will visit again for sure. Oh,and clean!!!
They have gotten very rude and pristine with their guests. Doubt I will come back.

Stayed Oct. 15th, the rooms were beautiful. Gambled, hoping to receive some promotions for my next visit. Really enjoyed the pool, outside fire pits and of course the huge hot tub.
