Went to the Joint last night 10/08/17. First time in the casino. Very nice place. Staff was helpful. We will be returning!!!!

Attended my first concert at the joint with a friend. The casino and concert venue were clean, staff was cery courteous and friendly. We stayed after the concert to listen to a live band at one of the bars. It too was clean, staff friendly and checked on us often. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, was I expected the concert to be longer. Don't get me wrong, it was terrific!! I just wished there had been more of it!!

The room was very nice the pay outs were not so nice ate at Toby Keith’s and food was horrible had the buffet for breakfast not so great either but over all we had a good time

Had a great time! Food choices were aplenty and delicious. Staff was very helpful at all times. The Joint was an excellent venue for an intimate concert setting. Thanks for the guitar chocolate!

Riffs - please dosomething about the wait staff there.I drive 3 hours from Wichita Ks JUST for the atmosphere and live music.I do gamble and have a blast.However, we were not acknowleged or even looked at AT THE Center BAR!!like directly in front of the bartenders..like we thought if we put our money in our hands they would COME over..nothing..we walked up to the sports bar upstairs.We did not want to drive back because we wanted to be safe and had decided to just stay there(it would have been our first time) but there was n... read more

So I went to Mcgills at the hard rock casino tonight with some friends. It was my first time there & I was really looking forward to it but I must say I was highly disappointed. While the food was good, the service was sub par & the manager was a complete @$$hole. Service was extremely slow from getting our food to the check at the end. As far as the manager I think he was highly unprofessional. We were driving through in our RV, pleasantly surprised at a special parking lot with water and dump station. Shuttle to and from our area. Can't complain at all. Very nice location, amenities and customer service. Thank you Hard Rock Tulsa!!
