Was an great experience going to The Joint for the first time. Wonderful facility. Not a bad seat in the facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but would have been nice for a few to be located close to main entrance.

Room with concrete wall view and the breakfast buffet was horrible. The food was cold and it wasn't fresh at all. This was my 2nd and last visit. Your food staff didn't even apologize

We just had my bachelorette party here. We have had a few before, and it's always a great time!!! We rarely ever get the exact room we book, but they can usually accommodate us with a better room, or something equal with an extra cot or something. The suites are really nice. Make sure you use their fabulous shower! the Riffs bar is great for dancing. They have several bars with different atmospheres. There isn't a bad seat in the Joint music venue. Most of the staff is really friendly. It's great for special events.

We saw Bryan Adams in concert at the joint. Not a bad seat in the house.
Poor customer service. Rooms have wall paper peeling and floors are dirty. When you call you can never get to where your trying to get to. Players club rude. Jessica front desk should be fired. She has no people skills. I watched her with several people. Their new pool not that impressive. Hosts need to be friendlier and when asking a question let you finish your sentence. Yesterday was my first time to the Joint. Staff was courteous enough but my seat was so uncomfortable that by the time the show was over, I could barely walk. Cameras were not allowed to be used yet there were so many cell phones recording video and pictures, what difference does it make except I might have had some good pictures for my memories. I seriously doubt I will return. I will stick to the BOK as my go to concert venue!
