Despite many things i cannot stand about this place, they decided my father had too much to drink and needed to leave after having 2 drinks and a shot in a 4 hour period. What was the reasoning? He was "clearly intoxicated and you can tell by the way he is walking" My father had a massive brain stem stroke in March 2016 and now walks with a limp on the left side of his body. Did not stay in a room, simply came to play the slot machines and do some sight-seeing on our little trip. It's quite a lovely place, lots of things to look at and take pictures of, it's clean, and the Toby Keith eating place was pretty good.. There's a plethora of slot machines to choose from, and at first I was really excited to try out these slots, since we usually go to Shreveport because it's closer.. The room and the chocolate covered strawberries were amazing! The champagne could've been better... And not advertised as champagne when it's sparkling wine from New Mexico lol the casino was close obviously lol just not a fan of the bug I found in the bed this morning when I woke up... other than that awesome experience! Would totally go back!

King Suite very nice. Spa personnel very courteous. Casino not so much. Walked around the entire casino floor and no one had any large hits. Bells and lights but for only a few dollars.

upon arriving, Valet guy, Paul greeted us. Made us laugh which was soooo appreciated after traveling all night. Room was clean. Luggage didn't arrive on the flight, hotel staff stated they would bring my luggage when it arrived later in the evening but they didn't. I went next day without items, thinking luggage hadn't arrived. I asked the front desk at the end of the day after attending 1st day of the National Behavioral Health Conference. Amenities were good.
