No way would I ever return to this Hard Rock and I love the Hard Rock. I waited two hours for a shuttle and they were not even able to call me a taxi. The staff never even offered as I sat in the pouring rain. They tried to comp me with a buffet which was awful, the food is horrendous at best.

We stay in the suites tower with two other couples. Had a good time! My only complaint is at Toby Keiths we had a very rude waitress. If there had been a comment or suggestions card it would've been 👎🏼 for service. She was awful.

Rooms were nice and staff was wonderful. Didn't like having to drag my kids through the casino to get to the restaurants but other than that the hotel was awesome

Our room was amazing and our stay was wonderful! Clean, bedbug free, and I'm in love with the shower! However when I booked over a month ahead of time, I accidentally booked for the day before I needed it. I called them and they were fine with changing it to the correct date. When I called the day of the new hotel reservation to ask for a late check in, they said my reservation was the day before. Amazing. Nice Center bar. I Like the good Drinks and the Outfis of the waitress. Everytime a smile and time for a smalltalk.

Slots r tight never win! U can put a thousand dollars in a machine and they still don't pay. The joint lets stub hub and others sell their tickets for aleast double the cost and they say they r sold out but u can get them but it will cost u! I rather give my money to rverspirit aleast they pay out and respect their people that spend money in the casino!
Well kept. Fun place. Good staff. Good restaurants especially Toby Keith's bar.
