I hit a jackpot on Friday night 9/22/17 for $2,250 on a $5 Gems and Jewels VGT game between the diner and the blackjack pit betting 3x at approximately 11:30pm. They proceeded to not pay me and told me to leave. They informed me I am permanently banned, which is completely and utterly incorrect. Towards the end of May in 2010 I was banned for 5 years. My only real complaint is this: When I give gratuity for service it IS NOT FOR THE GREEDY CORPORATION TO GET THEIR FILTHY HANDS ON! That's what a tip is morons! Good service deserves a reward without you scumbags (and That's what you are), stealing it.

I'm honestly not sure how there are bad reviews about this place. Granted there are sometimes little glitches that every hotel has but we have never been anything but completely satisfied with our rooms. Recently we had the privilege to visit the spa and I would suggest that wonderful Bit of Heaven to anyone who goes there. I have been using this casino for over 14 years and they are great. My host Gary goes above and beyond every time for me. They comp me a lot of stuff and make me feel welcomed when I come into town. Use ur card, some say not to but I had 5 jackpots with my card in last time I was there. Can’t wait for my next trip there...
