Went for the Halloween party and was harassed by security for wearing a mask while in the party area. I’ve worn the same mask at other casino Halloween parties without issues. I’m never coming back. Worst experience I’ve had at a casino in Tulsa. I’d rather go to River Spirit.
ive been visiting this establishment since i worked there calling bingo in 2001. i have 3 "attaboys" to dish out... 1. i called to reserve my tickets for chicks w hits to be told there were none left. i left a msg via facebook and whoever responded was nothing less than professional and i received my tickets. As always, we had a great time at the Joint. Security was intense but that’s probably because of the recent drama in Las Vegas. Promotions this month seemed rather poor, maybe they are scaled no back. Staying the night after chicks with hits Sunday, should be a great time. The only complaint or problem I have ever had is the staff might be able to keep lost items. The facility is very nice and clean. The service is superior. We held an event there and rented the ballroom. The support staff had everything set up well before we began and the technology to support our event was seamless. The meals we had in the ballroom were served hot and were quite tasty. The wait staff performed their job transparently without distracting from the ongoing program. Thank you Hard Rock.
This is an awesome place atmosphere is amazing ate at toby Keith the food and service was great also ate at 66 diner the service was really great there they were really helpful and fast. food was excellent also the rooms were nice loved the decor valets were also quick and courteous
