Been worst experience EVER for my mother who came in through ER with a blood pressure of 242/135!!! Very rude doctor, she was told different diagnosis that the doctors contradicted each other 15 minutes apart, was told her blood pressure was “just a number”!!! I’m sorry but that 242/135 number could have caused a massive stroke/heart attack!! When admitted on 3/24/18 she was not even given fresh water for a whole day, not checked on by anyone in between morning nurse and when night nurse came in!!! Just AWFUL patient care!!!

I love it there, and have become apart of there family. Kay from respiratory went above and beyond to make me feel loved, important, and like a person not a patient. The president of the hospital, David, is such an inspiring, kind hearted man! I recommend this hospital to everyone!💗 — with Kaylene Fento Cartney.

My cardiologist Dr. Strasser is a big Red Sox fan and I am a Big Yankee fan, That went over well...lol, he is a great person though,....... even though he likes that team !!! Thank you to Dr. Bartholomew my personal physician, Dr. Strasser, Dr. Trageser the plumber with the angiogram and Dr. Moubarak the electrician and the staff at Hamot Medical center in Erie, top notch staff and facility.
their med staff is the best I'm on the 6th floor you can tell it's not just the money for them they care the people make them great
We were in Erie from SC for a major surgery for my husband. It was a frightening and daunting week ahead. We were immediately put at ease as each person God put in our path in those days there were so skilled, personable, kind and caring. We felt peace through every process. Thank you Hamot, and to all the precious people that still today come to mind...and who still today check in on us. THANK YOU!
What a wonderful staff. So many friendly and caring people. There's never a time I didn't see someone cleaning . The place is spotless ! Our area is truly blessed with such a nice Hospital .
My husband just had surgery and ICU everyone was wonderful. Then went to 8 South and we couldn’t have asked for any better nurse and aides. They were wonderful. Thank you so much ☺️
Upmc ER on the bayfront was absolutely the worst experience. I asked a nurse not come back in my room after she pissed me off 3 different times since I could obviously tell she had no pediatric knowledge and was just torturing my 3 month old. She has the nerve to come back in my room thinking she was going to continue care and then ask me if I had an issue earlier.
