My wife is having surgery. The nurse that put in her IV used her mouth to pull off plastic caps when putting it in. Then touched her mouth with her gloves that had blood on them. If that wasn’t bad enough then she took off her gloves and touched the needles and bloody gauze with her bare hands to throw it away. Not good Hamot.

I was impressed by everything at UPMC Hamot
So yesterday I was at Waldemeer and while at water world a Lady pushing another lady in a wheelchair ran my foot over. Immediately it started to swell and bruise, I was sure it was broken. My husband took me to Hamot ER and I want to say they really know what they are doing. Everyone was so nice, they worked together and I was in and out. I didn’t have to sit a long time between each step. They were a well oiled machine and so friendly. It ended up not being broke just badly bruised. They should treat patients as if they were there loved ones, Cannot even get a dam shower for goodness sakes and my friend is very proud, kind and always cares about appearance ill or not. Been 2 weeks and no dam shower..Going to demand one for him...Disgraceful
