Greyhound is a poorly ran bus company. They have zero accountability for overbooking buses and it's all a scam to cheat people out of they're money. I am still waiting to be contacted about not being able to use the 4 round trip tickets I paid for. I was unaware that buying your tickets online for a specific bus meant you still had to come 3 hrs early and lay under the bus for a seat because they would sell as many tickets for that bus despite availability.
