The driver was very informational and got us to our destination safely and on time
Recommendedcustomer service was very substandard. I tried asking a kiosk representative a question about the bus 2568 to Albany NY on Aug 9th. as I was standing in line it ask the counter agent why did the status board say see agent. the lady in front of me was a very difficult customer long wait so I decided to ask the kiosk agent instead. but he chose to skip me and answer questions for the people in line behind me. then when I approached him he turned away trying not to see me and moved to the middle of the line and answered more qu... read more
Buses are always Delayed, last March I purchase a ticket to NYC from Atlantic City, they cancelled the bus for no reason I lost $64 and today I missed one bus from Philly to Atlantic City and they no even wanted to let me get in the bus even I missed the bus for their lateness in Allentown. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! P.S I got into the bus and I don’t fit where the Driver told me to seat. Look at the Pic.
Although the pricing is amazing, the first experience we had with our driver was not a good one. She was so rude. Shouted on her microphone telling people to lower their devices, locked the doors during the 11 minute stop, while she left the bus area. I understand that we aren’t supposed to leave the bus if the stop is short, but she got off the bus, locked our doors so we couldn’t get off, while she entered the Dunkin Donuts and got herself a drink and a snack. My experience with Greyhound this past weekend was horrible. Buses being delayed, workers having attitudes when you’re only asking a question. I had a return bus ticket for 6pm, I didn’t board the bus until 9. Never should there have been a 3 hour delay in buses.
I want a refund. For your poor unethical conditions. A one day trip turned into a two day trip. Your company said a bus was late which it wasn't. I was delayed over 8 hours and missed a full day of my family reunion. I WANT A REFUND. PLUS THE COST OF MY HOTEL ROOM.MISSED BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY DOESNT HAVE ENOUGHT DRIVERS
The station could be cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The customer service is lacking at times.
First time taking a bus somewhere... don’t let the price fool you. I did not have one bus that was on time. In fact I missed my connection to my final destination which was over an hour away. Greyhound has very poor customer service, as they would not refund me the price of a cab or gas money. I would have taken another bus but there was none going to my destination until the next afternoon, which I couldn’t do because I am on a time schedule and have places to be. I do not recommend!!!
