Great means of travel, city to city with no stress of cost
I waited for over 4 hours for a 317 bus to Asbury Park that never showed up. There was no one inside the terminal to help out or answer any questions.

My daughter waited 5hours for her bus that was supposed to leave at 4am. The greyhound attendant claimed they didn’t know where there drivers where this happened twice I wouldn’t recommend greyhound for anyone
I was delay for 4 hours they told me my bus was leaving 140 am it left at 530
I am still waiting for a bus to leave. They said it would be 5 hours. But nothing has come. A man was having the seizure the staff just watched the man while he was on the ground convulsing.
I was in the Greyhound station in Philly Pennsylvania the bathroom was very dirty and the four-hour layover was just too much
I'm stuck in Philly on a 2 hour delay and the workers are rude not only to me but other passages. at least offer us some coffee donuts something. y all need to do better horrible.
