Why does Greyhound refuse to protect its passengers and willfully allows ICE raids? At this point anyone riding a Greyhound should be wary and suspicious before they start allowing generalized random police searches of all passengers.

Long delays are a common occurrence. In fact, sometimes their bus doesn’t even show up. And then trying to get a refund? Total joke. Expect to get no refund or at best a fraction of the original ticket cost. It’s also worth mentioning that one morning one of the ticketing ladies nastily told me “don’t quit your day job” just because I signed some paperwork on the wrong line. Bottom line? Greyhound is never pleasant.

How could a driver drove us for four hours from Pittsburgh enroute New York City, then said he is no longer going and returned us back to Pittsburgh? If one has flight to catch up with, what would have happened. The experience nearly caused me missing my flights in New York because the other driver that drove the next bus they arranged for us, kept on stopping at many of their centers.

My daughter was traveling to Fort Wood in Missouri. She was supposed to be taking Greyhound from the airport in St Louis to Ft Wood at 6 pm. She was told it was delayed by 3 hours. Then at 10 pm she is told the bus is in New Mexico and they don’t know why. She was told the next bus was at 11 pm tomorrow night!!! Seriously?? She is now going back to the airport USO to sleep in the terminal. Nice going Greyhound. Total lack of respect for our military (there are 2 other soldiers there waiting for this bus too). Oh, and your re... read more

@GreyhoundBus currently riding on my way to NYC. Horrible, outdated bus. The air conditioning unit sounds/looks like is gonna explode. The noise is unbearable. The bus is so deteriorated, ready to be taken to the museum. $52 ride p/p. Highly disappointed. (*driven very pleasant*)

Greyhound is starting to b really SHITTY.....constantly late, and they never give you any pertinent info when it comes to your bus, they just say it’s delayed! And their refund/ complaint policy is obviously a sham, since they’ve not once responded to mine!
