My daughter has been sitting at a stop that was supposed to be one hour. She has been there almost three and just told there is no driver. Never again. She will most likely miss her connection. This company is awful.
Awful. On the trip from NYC to Plattsburgh, the driver decided he didn’t want to stop in Plattsburgh, so got everyone off the bus to wait over an hour for a new bus in Albany. Horrific customer service - no help at all.
I will NEVER use Greyhound again. First bus was two hours late and now my second bus is going to be 45mins. First bus trip I've ever taken and it has been a HORRIBLE experience. Do not book trips on greyhound!
I do not recommend Greyhound. Everytime I am going home for breaks from college, it always has delays. This time, we had a delay then the driver got lost twice. I was supposed to be at my destination (NY) by 1:45am, and I am stuck in Philly, and it's almost 4 am. You suck, Greyhound. I am never taking you again.
