Not all that bad as far as a bus depo is concerned. Friendly people at all the counters and clean too.
No organization! Lack of communication! Very inappropriate for a business!
My boyfriend was just denied passage on a bus that he paid for, and was harassed and verbally abused by a greyhound employee. He had to leave the station because of her threats. I'm trying to submit a complaint via the customer service line right now, but have been on hold for 20 minutes. Absolutely deplorable - I will never ride Greyhound again.

Seats were too tight. Too hot on bus. Bumpy ride. Would look elsewhere next time.
I give em a three cuz in the morning the staff was more helpful but the staff at night didn't know what to do. I was highly disappointed I could have missed my bus but luckily I didn't
