Literally the most unorganized and unprofessional experience I have ever had and don't get me started in the return trip from NYC I wish I could give a zero
The worse place ever, counter staff is rude will have you waiting at the counter, while they talking to other staff. Buses never on time, drivers rude, bathroom always dirty, floors never mopped, I could go on and on.
I dropped my son off there yesterday. He was going to Pittsburgh with his God-brother. They both went to Job Corp.
I took the bus at 8.00am on Monday. The bus is too late. We standing to wait so long time around 2 hours and 20 minutes. So nobody come to say anything what the happen and how long to fix the problem. So after we sit down in the bus no employee say sorry too. It's worst services. It's bad experiences. R.I.p to your services system. And then you offer free WiFi and outlet in the bus but it don't working anything. :'(
I had the worse trip last night and I take Greyhound A lot are bus should of left at 6:45pm we didn't leave till 9:30 then when we got on the bus it wouldn't start. So we all had to get off the bus to see what they were gonna do with us then they jump stated that bus. The bus was so cold then he must of put the heat on cause it was too hot. 1 start mega bus next trip
