My son had a ticket from Psu to Norristown they had them get off bus at Harrisburg and said another bus would be out the next bus wasn't big enough. They left about 80 kids stranded at bus terminal. I called and was transferred several times then told the terminal closed they couldn't help him. They didn't have a problem taking the ticket money
I booked an 8:50 am bus from Easton to D.C. The bus never came and have been given the run around. I'm currently stuck in Allentown trying to get to D.C. For chemo treatment tomorrow that I can't miss.
this theeee worst bus company ever horrible customer service on the phone i will never spend another dollar with them again customer service reps giving wrong info over the phone and they dont speak clear english
I regularly travel to Philadelphia using Greyhound. It has usually been a good trip, considering the method of transportation. Yesterday was an exception. Not good bus driver.
