My son had a ticket from Psu to Norristown they had them get off bus at Harrisburg and said another bus would be out the next bus wasn't big enough. They left about 80 kids stranded at bus terminal. I called and was transferred several times then told the terminal closed they couldn't help him. They didn't have a problem taking the ticket money

I booked an 8:50 am bus from Easton to D.C. The bus never came and have been given the run around. I'm currently stuck in Allentown trying to get to D.C. For chemo treatment tomorrow that I can't miss.

I regularly travel to Philadelphia using Greyhound. It has usually been a good trip, considering the method of transportation. Yesterday was an exception. The bus was 30 minutes late, which I didn't mind. What upset me was that the driver in this route, a local service with a stop in the Delaware Turnpike rest stop, barely 15 minutes from Wilmington, a scheduled stop in this run without explanation. Not good bus driver.

The security guard makes up his own hours of operation he will make u stand out in the snow, sleet and cold rain bcz he's a scary mf,all he does is sit on his phone and come to the door and deny everyone acess even when u have a ticket DONT GO HERE just get a hotel and wait for the busses to run during business hours.i am so pissed right now and I don't feel like I should have received this treatment.I spoke with customer service they said the doors are supposed to be open until 2 am,hence it's 1 am and he's telling me they'... read more
