Customer services from all employees was the worst.
I take the Pittsburgh bus once a week. Drivers are rude managers don’t care and connections are missed . Customer service is a joke.
Took bus from Watertown, NY...OLDER BLACK gentleman driver, well dressed in his uniform, very professional. ..2 other buses from Syracuse and Binghamton. ..drivers were just ok, not nice...buses were junk..old...rattled like hell, very dirty, and beat to shit.
#nevergreyhound your customer service is an absolute joke. I called 3 stations in an attempt to locate a lost drivers license. Not one of them gave me any useful information. They couldn’t help, or even direct my call to someone in the station who could check for it. They’re also rude dismissive and rush you off the phone. On top of that the bus where the ID was lost was one I was bumped to after my scheduled seat was given to people who had missed their bus. Hello Everyone, I took 4 separate buses with this Greyhound Company. 1st bus the AC was not working and it was so hot on your bus. 2nd bus was not on time. Extremely replayed. 3rd bus never showed up. 4th bus never showed up. Everything was backed up. They have a first come first serve policy which is BS when they aren’t providing buses to transport people to thier destination. I’m certain they sold more tickets than they had seats for.
