In the station, there are no indications of the destination for each line. 3 different employees told us to stand in the wrong line. By the time we got to the front where they checked out ticket, the bus we were supposed to be on had already left. We were not given a refund because our ticket was nonrefundable. It's one thing to hire negligent employees, it's another to not be willing to make up for their mistakes. Never using this service again.

Completely furious. Our bus arrives late and rather than being on point to make up time, the driver lollygags for 45 minutes and now we're going to miss our connection in Charlottesville to get to Philadelphia anywhere near on time. We're being rerouted to Richmond, which customer service assured me would not happen when I called, and spending an extra five hours on this bus. I'm completely pissed off. Never again. Also the driver said that he can't make the bus warm so if we're cold then put on a jacket or get under a blank... read more

The bus had no heat in subzero temperatures! The bus made an extra stop making me miss my connection from Pittsburgh. My relative had to drive 2.5 hours to pick me up middle of the night! I would like a full refund!

Aside from the few pigeons flying around that really didn't bother me so much it was more amusing than anything. I hadn't eaten anything all day since I had been flying for the previous four hours with all of my luggage I couldn't go anywhere cuz I had nowhere to store it unless they were going to charge me $10 per item. So I just had to get a hot dog at the little place they had their for food. I guess maybe I'm asking too much but if I could have just put my luggage somewhere so it couldn't be stolen I would have really ap... read more

They simply sell more tickets than they have available seats and don’t give a shit about customers that have tickets. I had to wait one hour to get to the next bus even though I had bought tickets in advance and already checked in online. The customer service is a joke. They simply say I don’t know! I have videos and I will post them on social media. Check the comments.
