The bus station needs to be remolded badly. The last time I rode on GreyHound was in 2012 . I rode it yesterday and I see nothing has changed. It was pigeons flying around inside the station. The floors are nasty and it’s still payphones on the wall.

this company deserves no stars. worst company on the planet,with zero customer service and no real phone number. Please safe yourself trouble and don't ever take this service. My bus was cancelled by Greyhound and they issued me a new ticket for a later time that day, which was also cancelled. I mailed in my ticket like the website says, as well as tried to get in touch with customer service multiple times-what a waste of time. I booked my husband a ticket from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia on November 2nd for the 8pm trip arriving in Philadelphia at 1:45am. He arrived early as requested to the station. The bus did not leave till 12am in the morning! 4.5 hours after its scheduled departure. My husband sat at the station with no word from Greyhound at all as to why there was a delay. My bus was late arriving, causing me to miss my other bus and ended up stuck here for 7 hours. Not happy at all.
Well on forhand they let the travlers know what bus is arriving&going state to state!
