Dropped off my daughter there it went pretty smooth bus left on time an arrived to her destination on time no complaints

I had arrived for my bus and waited at the gate I was told by the ticket agent. (It was marked with the bus # and the gate I always went to previous) The bus had been moved to a different gate and was told they announced in the terminal but no one came to the gate. (did not hear anything at the gate) The bus left, forcing me to sit in the terminal for an additional two hours and wait for the next bus.

The Susquehanna Trailways driver actually asked me to make sure there were 8 people on the bus at the pit stop. I didn't take it seriously at first. But as he was on the road, he asked me again and the tone in his voice sounded as if he was serious. If that was the case, then that was very unprofessional of him.
