Unprofessional behaviour of the staffs. On 1st Jan 2019 we had a bus to board at 2.25 AM. From NY to Philly. We were waiting on the line while the bus was boarded with other passengers and we were made to wait 1 more hours before next bus arrived.

Ground lost my luggage 3 months ago in August. They claim that the connecting bus company Barons is at fault For losing my luggage when it never made it from Philadelphia to the connecting bus that was in Columbus, Ohio. The claim I placed the value of everything in the bag at $805, greyhound says if they give me anything it will only be $250 total. How can they justify all the missing items To a value of only $250 win just 2 of the items missing inside of the bag was worth over $300?
