Booked my tickets online for around trip, my bus got delayed and miss my the return bus. I had to purchase a new ticket for the next bus. It wasn’t fare for me because I was misguided from there employees

They don’t tell you when the Martz buses are coming or where to go unless you ask multiple times, I’m sorry but this would never fly in New York City or anywhere else.

worst service EVER, my bus was almost a hour late and on top of that seats are very uncomfortable. I would never uses this serve again.

the Driver is horrible hes very arregant and speak to people very rude the bus had no Air Conditioner ,the socket to plug the phone not working Greyhound bus are not what they useto be or maybe are the ones from Philadelphia where the people are so rude. they need bilingual speaking people at the customer service.
