Been a faithful of greyhound for years,I was told to call the following day for a refund because my bus broke down for 2hrs and 15 minutes. I literally just got of the phone with greyhound and they lie to me telling me my bus was only delayed 9 minutes. Greyhound had to send a rescue bus and everything, I was supposed to get to my destination at 3:30pm and didn't get there till 7:45pm and the end result was me missing a family funeral smh.

I have never seen so many rude people in one place, from the people working the check in counter to the bus driver. They act like everyone is stupid no one smiles and what really pissed me off when I asked the driver my question he was cocky about it. I’m 58 and traveled many places this is my 2nd time on a bus my first time was when I went into the Army . This will be my last time on a Greyhound bus. My middle finger is tired from holding it up.

respect your customers better. don't expect a passenger to sit out side of a closes bus station because your bus was late which caused passenger to miss connection.
