2425 Samaritan Dr, San Jose, CA, 95124, United States
Get directionsThe staff is absolutely loving and caring. They take there time to teach and explain. The only floor that was a nightmare was 6 th floor. Not sure why his bed rails were not up he fell out of his bed. He is a stroke patient. He was on the floor for a unknown amount of time. And was sent back to ICU for that reason.
This was the worst hospital I've ever been to and my labor and delivery experience was horrible. I tell everyone I know who is considering having a baby with this hospital to find a different place. the best part from my whole stay was finally being discharged!
Business response:
Leticia, we expect that all patients receive exceptional and compassionate care at our facilities. We are sorry to hear that this was not your experience. We have elevated your concerns to our leadership team and to the appropriate hospital staff. Please contact Ron Weaver, Patient Advocate, (512) 942-4150.
I had knee surgery last Friday by Dr. Alvarez who previously did 2 hips. Stayed overnight. Excellent caring staff. Dinner and breakfast was good. Today went to ER for ultrasound as I had swelling, and high marks to ER staff. Got me in fast and procedure done, all very friendly despite working Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas and God Bless these first responders. Stay well.
absolutely not!!! hospital administator over rule dr saying my stepmom can not see my dad thru window to say goodbye (dads been in since dec2 on vent n last few days of his life) but on ur site u allowed another wife to see her covid husband to 3 days ago.
My grandfather was admitted three times (once by an ambulance) within 24 hours for the same medical problem and they had to send him to CMC to resolve what was concluded to be a moderate issue. Due to the fact they did not have a qualified doctor to cauterize a blood vessel. Nothing severe. One of the most asinine experiences I have ever been involved in. I am not sure how they can even consider themselves a hospital. One of the nurses even asked us if we personally knew an EMT who could see him/treat him at home.

Thank you to all the nurses that helped me through my surgery on Dec. 22, you all made my surgery process easier.
I am disappointed with the care they provided. The first thing you learn as a healthcare professional is patient centered care and Del Sol has failed to provide that. There is a lack of professionalism in the way this hospital operates AND their lack of communication as a healthcare team is extremely unacceptable. Be better.

a doctor prescribed me medicine that has sulfa, Zithromax, I'm deathly allergic to it. Been taking for two days, then got horrific tendinitis, which sulfa does to me. Looked up medicine, has sulfa, malpractice big time! Thanks capital regional medical center, enjoy being sued for a looooot! Then I went in demanding to be seen, and was denied even tho I said I had trouble breathing and couldn't bend my ankle without 20/10 pain. Get destroyed in court, H. Cameron Walker MD. ON CHRISTMAS EVE TOO, SEE ALL OF YOU IN COURT. TAKE T... read more

I just got out of this hospital and I had great nurses and the Dr I had was so great. I just hope this Covid gets better soon. Dr and nurse are overworked and tired but they were still GREAT!
