Liability is a big issue for hospitals. Different hospitals have different strategies. For example, Kaiser handles issues through arbitration, but they have a $50,000 cap on the settlement, which may not even pay the bill. You can find a lawyer, since their investment is low due to arbitration, and they can make some money. Good Sam takes a different approach. Loved all my nurses in the cath lab. Sorry can't remember all the names. Kalani(?), Kent, John, Ron... two nice radiology techs. The guy working the electronics... a whole bunch of people. Bill my nurse on the third floor. Thank you all for taking good care of me.

My son was originally at San Jose Regional Medical Center and was transferred here at Good Samaritan Hospital. They took a good care of my son and was visited by some staffs and nurses to sing him a Happy Birthday. Good thing we got released on that day so we still get to celebrate my son's bday at home with friends and family. We had a wonderful stay.

Awesome staff all around. Loved my 2 visits there. Food was ok since I was on a sodium restricted diet.
