No one should have to wait 5.5 hours to get pre-surgery blood work done. My appointment was at 1pm & I left your facility at 5:30pm. Ridiculous!
After triage, we’ve been sitting here 4 hours. X-rays done, Covid test done...that’s it. No communication from anyone. People are frustrated and leaving like crazy. Getting ready to leave.

I recently had two days of back surgery at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. Every aspect of my stay was excellent from the cleaning staff, meals staff, nurses and Doctors. Thank you!

Not a good experience at all. As a diabetic going in with stomach pains and nausea I was thinking I would get some real help but once I told them I didn't have insurance I got a "take your meds and come back if the symptoms get worst" convo. I asked for a cup of water and was denied. I went to Tampa General the next day and was diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis, I was in ICU for 3 days. Was only suppose to be there on third floor surgical one night ended up there 6 night. The nurses i had most of them amazing.(Stephanie) was the best. Made thing a little easier considering i couldn’t have visitors
My grandfather was hospitalized for a heart attack in September. He suffered a stroke during or after open heart surgery. His eyesight had been confirmed to be back, but he had days he was out of it. His nurse told me he couldn’t see in one eye, when they already confirmed he could see with both.
