I love Good Samaritan Hospital they saved my husband's life my husband has been going to the VA Hospital which they were saying my husband was having seizures when he was really having heart failure one day my husband was working a block away from Good Samaritan and he had a heart failure they rushed him there and they saved his life they put a pacemaker and thanks to the good doctors there at the Good Samaritan I have my husband with me all the doctors and nurses are very very nice and workers and I'm very proud to say my d... read more
I was there five days and the did a good job always come when I called them always asked if I need something and if I was doing okay
Excellent staff and care. Only downside is no Comedy Central on their cable provider.
THANK YOU to the Good Samaritan San Jose skilled nursing staff for healing me (327-2) with smiles on their faces every hour of every day no matter how many shifts they'd worked this week, plus today, March 8.
I was there for 5 days, major back surgery, the nurses the docs the CNA's EVERYONE was so very kind and helpful and caring, the comfort level was on top of the world, the attentiveness was impeccable, I never had to ask for anything, everything was always right there! Not that I want to ever go thru anything this major again...but if I did, I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Thank you to surgical 3 for your generous hospitality! You ALL rock!!
When walking through the hospital looking for cafeteria and looking lost, about 4 times, seeing that I looked lost, every personnel, employee, asked if I needed help, everytime, i thought that was incredible, made my day considering how long we were there, but that made up for it.
