Allen from Gilmore Heating, etc. did an outstanding job on inspecting and explaining to me how my AC and heating units operate. He showed me detailed pictures of potential problems to be mindful of in the future. He cleaned both units thoroughly and made sure everything was working within the proper limits. I have complete confidence in his skills and would have him return in the future if my units need servicing.
Cameron was courteous and very professional. He went about his business promptly. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered several questions we had. When he was done, he explained to us had he had completed and the observations he had made. All in all a very good experience for us.
Allen S***** with Gilmore was very informative and explained our heating/air unit issues thoroughly with photos and a sketch on paper. He was nice and professional. He asked lots of questions and was great at answering all of mine. He did not perform any services on our unit, but did a good inspection.
First class service. Needed air conditioning appraisal and Derek evaluated our hardware and came up with a repair solution that was spot on. He explained why each component was near failure and what whould happen if it wasn't repaired or if the parts were not fixed at the same time. I will give Derek and Gilmore 5 stars!

Derek C. was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed and explained the problem, and had the cool air flowing from our aging heat pump inside of an hour. He also gave me good information about things that could be needing maintenance or repair soon. I'm was impressed with his thoroughness, and joined Gilmore's Service Club. I'll be calling them again if we need to repair or replace our system.
Cameron T. came out this morning to make sure everything was running properly on our new A/C unit that was put in one year ago. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Jason M*******, AC tech for Gilmore Heating, Air, & Solar, repaired our air conditioner today. He was polite and thorough in his explanations of the problem and solutions. I especially appreciated that he didn't try to convince us we needed a new system. I would give him a 5 star rating and hope he continues as our service tech for air and heat tune-ups.
