Allen S***** was a great person who worked with my grandmother. I purchased her service plan after she had a bad experience with another company because I have had such great techs from Gilmore. He was extremely polite and took very great care of her. I couldn't recommend him more. He took care of my 94 year old grandmother like she was his own family. Damned good work Allen, and thank you.
First I'd like to say that Gilmore Heating and Air is the best in the business! We have used them for some time and are always impressed with their complete staff. They are very helpful and have complete knowledge of our HVAC unit and any problems we are having. I've have Jason M come to inspect our systems for the last 2 services and I trust him to tell us what we need to do to keep our HVAC working properly and efficiently. Allen S. was very thorough in his evaluation of our system. He endeavored to explain what items were in need of repair, cleaning, or replacement. He even cleaned some areas that needed it. He presented the facts, without making judgements on what we should do. He explained alternative choices and possibilities that we might consider. Overall, a very polite and knowledgeable person.
Our heat failed us on 4MAR2017 and Ryan E and Ryan N both provided amazing customer service and assistance to identify a replacement unit. Their time was well managed and they accomplished a lot in a short period of time. Our new unit will be installed with a few days.
Allen provided great insight and was very forthright with what was going on. Upon arrival, he included me in what he was troubleshooting, why, and what it could mean for my home's heating issue and overall energy efficiency. Having a background and working currently in the customer service and tech support industry, I would have Allen back out for any issue we experienced with our HVAC again. Great work!
