Excellent service call and explained everything was done and a part needed replacement. Also appropriately recommended looking into replacing duct work.

I have had a Service Contract with Gilmore Heating & Air for four years now. This provides for a Service Pro to come to my house twice a year to clean my three split cassettes and the outside air pump. Each time they call about 30" before the agreed upon appt, arrive on time, do the required system check and cleaning. Cameron T just performed my annual heating check. He was here on time, did a complete service including replacing my filter and checking my water heater. He explained everything in its entirety and even offered to dispose of my filter. I would recommend the service agreement offered by Gilmore.
