Gilmore, over the past 10 years, has replaced my Furnace, Hot water heater, Air Conditioner, Water softener & last year installed Solar Panels. Every installation was performed professionally by experienced technicians. I have also purchased a service/maintenance contract, in order to keep this equipment in top condition. I had my semi-annual heating/cooling checkup today with Allen S*****. He has been here before, and each time I have been impressed with his thoroughness. He takes the time to do the job right, and is always very polite and respectful of me and my home. He's punctual as well. He's knowledgeable about solar and is able to answer all my questions. Allen is an asset to Gilmore.

Gilmore sells contracts where you pay a monthly fee and get 2 tune-ups per year without an extra charge. It was at this tune-up time in 2013 that I was told my unit was about to break down and should be replaced. I am a widow and they sent a young strapping salesman to convince me. I signed a $10,000 contract. When he left I thought "My unit still works and the cost should be $5,000" I consulted PG&E who did inspection and my financial advisor who advised me to cancel so I did. Allen S***** is a top rate technician. He is very knowledgable and thorough. He very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend him.
Positive experience using Gilmore for 3 different jobs on our home. 2 jobs involved installation of Mini-split Heat Pumps and 1 job was doing plumbing in a home addition. Installation was quick, clean and professional, done on time with no surprises. Highly recommend.
