On time and professional!
During the forty-odd years that I've lived in my present home, I've had new heat and a/c systems installed three times. The last time was done by Gilmore Heating & Air, and it was by far the most satisfactory and even pleasant experience. It takes a lot to cheer up someone whose heater isn't working properly, but Lana in the office managed to do that, and she also set me up an appointment with the technician Matt. As usual, Gilmore's technician, Cameron T. lived up to the excellent service that we have come to know from everyone that we deal with at Gilmore from the office staff to their field technicians.
The technician who came to my home today (Derek C.) was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I appreciate the fact that you get a phone call when the technician is an hour away, so you don't have to wait at home all day. Our air conditioning system was first replaced by Gilmore in 2013, and we have enjoyed their excellent service ever since!
Tyson was very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend him or any member of the Gilmore team. Have had nothing but positive experiences with Gilmore since having our new heating system installed in January.
