Hello there, just had a meeting with Ryan N***** who was my Field Sales/Service Tech today. NOT only was Ryan very courteous, he was very professional and informative to my family's needs, questions and concerns about our current (about to die) on it's last leg - you get the message right? system. With our upcoming triple degree heatwave this weekend, Ryan was able to get a system put together and make and appt for this Friday! YES this Friday! I had a summer maintenance check of my HVAC unit today. Cameron T, from Gilmore Heating Air Solar, co. inspected my AC; showed me how to put in my air filter properly (which will save me from trouble later on). Cameron was professional, wasted no time in getting his work done in an efficient manner, and thoroughly explained the maintenance process to my satisfaction. Thanks for a job well done, Cameron. Gilmore Heating and Air dispatched Jason M****** to our home in the middle of their busiest season (July) when our air conditioning went on the blink. Jason showed up on time, analyzed the problem quickly, was polite and professional, and fixed the problem. We were so impressed that we signed up for semiannual maintenance with Gilmore. One could not ask for better service than this!

Rescued by Allen S........... On June 29th at the end of the last heatwave our air conditioner decided not to blow any more air into the house. I called Gilmore and Allen S. came the following day. He found the problem within 5 minutes and disappeared under the house. About a half an hour later he reappeared with a big smile and I knew it was good news. Allen was the technician who came out to service the AC. He was on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the thermostat, cleaned the AC unit, explained all of what he was doing and showed me how to use my new thermostat. He also went over ways to make my AC run more efficiently. I would definitely give him 5 stars!!

Gilmore, over the past 10 years, has replaced my Furnace, Hot water heater, Air Conditioner, Water softener & last year installed Solar Panels. Every installation was performed professionally by experienced technicians. I have also purchased a service/maintenance contract, in order to keep this equipment in top condition. The service technicians have always performed their jobs quickly, efficiently & have been very polite.
