I got excellent service from Humberto. He on time, super nice and friendly. I felt like he went beyond what was required of him. Great job!
Allen was very professional and knowledgeable. I called for a service issue and he came same day, at the beginning of the window. He explained the issue, and fixed it along with providing recommendations to extend the life of my system. I am very pleased that I called Gilmore and look forward to their help in the future.
This is a review of Humberto, service technician for Gilmore. Humberto was ontime, very courteous and wanted to make sure he could do anything I requested. He took the time to explain all the work he had done. I would highly recommend Humberto.
Scheduling and followup by office staff excellent. Service scheduled and technician arrived at time promised. Allen, the tech was very thorough and willing to have me tag along as he performed his service. Minor repairs needed were fully explained and options provided. Allen also took the time to assist in resetting the smart thermostats that I was not familiar with. Based upon this initial contact with Gilmore I have signed up for regular periodic service.
Umberto came to do the furnace check. Everything went well and furnace checked out fine.

I scheduled an inspection/tuneup on my furnace and Zach S**** showed up promptly for the appointment. He was courteous, thorough, and professional. I was completely satisfied with the service he provided and if he is typical of Gilmore's employees, I would not hesitate to call them again.
We had our first heater service appointment with Gilmore. Humberto came out and did a thorough and efficient inspection of the system's operation. Humberto was very pleasant and knowledgeable in the answering of my system operation questions.
Humberto came to perform regular service (tune-up) on our heating system. This is the first time we had Gilmore come. We originally scheduled the service for later in the week, but they called and said they could come earlier, which was nice. Humberto was friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Our heater and water heater were checked thoroughly and cleaned as needed. We appreciated him recommendations on upcoming services and look forward to dealing with this company again.
