I have been a customer of Gilmore Heating and Air for a few years now. This is a great company. Every single person that has come to my house has been nice, courteous, and professional. We bought a new air conditioning and heating unit last summer, and haven't regretted purchasing through this company. We were pleased with the purchase and installation. I have been a long time customer of Gilmore Heating & Air. I have consistently received excellent service from them for many years. Today's maintenance visit from Derek C. was no exception. He was on-time with a neat appearance and a friendly and courteous attitude. He serviced my furnace and explained to me its current status. The whole experience was professional.
Zach spent a lot of time doing the testing and cleaning of our heating unit. He took pictures of the different components before he cleaned them, and then after they were clean, so we could see the difference. He was very polite and didn't act like we were bothering him when we asked several questions and explanations. He even took the time to get info for us on other projects around our home that Gilmore could do.
Marcus with Gilmore Heating and Air arrived right on time and delivered friendly and efficient customer service. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
Had Victor out to my first home purchase to review the system in place. What I thought was a malfunction was simply a poor education regarding proper maintenance and operation of a heating system. Stuff I just never knew to learn after renting for so many years. He was top notch, took time to explain how all the systems work together, and made sure my heating system was functioning as best as it should.
Jason did an excellent job...very professional...showed up on time explained everything he did, showed us pictures. Spent 2 hours cleaning and maintaining our heater.
GIlmore Heating, specifically Humberto, did a wonderful job servicing my furnace. I've been with them for years and it has always been a good experience.
