Zack S. was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained what was involved in the service call. Showed and walked me through what was discovered. Answered all my questions. Gave different options and without pressure on what was needed to bring the system up to peak performance. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service call and would not hesitate to contact Gilmore Heating for future needs.

Allen from Gilmore Heating, etc. did an outstanding job on inspecting and explaining to me how my AC and heating units operate. He showed me detailed pictures of potential problems to be mindful of in the future. He cleaned both units thoroughly and made sure everything was working within the proper limits. I have complete confidence in his skills and would have him return in the future if my units need servicing.
Cameron was courteous and very professional. He went about his business promptly. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered several questions we had. When he was done, he explained to us had he had completed and the observations he had made. All in all a very good experience for us.
Allen S***** with Gilmore was very informative and explained our heating/air unit issues thoroughly with photos and a sketch on paper. He was nice and professional. He asked lots of questions and was great at answering all of mine. He did not perform any services on our unit, but did a good inspection.
