The Gilmore representative came by and was very professional. He did his analysis of my furnace, and said he wouldn't do the air because the furnace needed to be replaced. He showed me pictures of a furnace that had multiple parts leaking, and not working correctly. I was then recommended to Gareth E******, who was ready to sell me a new unit for $20K. When ******* ******* ******* * ***came for a 2nd quote, the service man said all I needed was a circuit board, it cost me $530.00. Beware of Gilmore! Tom S******

RELENTLESS junk mailers who are too incompetent, too stupid or too dishonest to remove someone from their mailing list. I still receive several mailers a year despite being told four times by four different employees over the last twelve months that I'd be removed. If you care about supporting businesses who care about the environment (by not sending unwanted junk mail), or who respect people's wishes, or who do what they say they'll do, then go elsewhere. I know I will.

Our experience with Gilmore Heating Air & Solar (Placerville CA.) 10/15/2018 We had Gilmore out to repair my elder mother's A/C unit. Her husband just died last month she is all by herself and now the heater will not turn on. The Gilmore technician opened up the main unit - took it apart and proceeded to tell us that the whole inside of the heater unit was defective and must be replaced. Gilmore heating and air sent an excellent service person named Humberto. He was very thorough, efficient, and very professional. He was also cordial and easy to talk to.

The Gilmore Heating technician (Humberto) who provided an annual service call to my home was very professional and extremely polite. He addressed all my questions and concerns and provided excellent customer service as had all other technicians from Gilmore Heating before him.

Her air conditioning went out,, Her only income is her SS,.... Gilmore came out and gave her an estimate for $11,000. She gave them $1,000 and was going to put the rest on her credit card. Brian from Gilmore just completed our scheduled maintenance on 2 A/C units. I couldn't be more pleased with his work: professional, polite, knowledgeable and a nice guy. He arrived on time, left after the estimated time to do the work and was very helpful in teaching me the reasons for his recommendations. I would be more than happy if he were to be assigned to our home in the future.

Gilmore came and did a service call om my daughters home when her heater stopped working she was told heater wasn't worth fixing and was quoted a new unit. When a reputable service company came out. The heater problem was diagnosed immediately and fixed in less than an hour for around $800. Most of that was for Freon to recharge the system $60. in parts. Gilmore is a Complete ripoff. Taking advantage of
