I have been a customer of Gilmore for some time now. Today, I had my bi-annual inspection and adjustment of my heating unit installed by Gilmore a few years ago. Humberto was professional and polite. He was neat and organized. He took pictures (no one has done that before), is knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He is definitely an asset to Gilmore!

We had called Gilmore for a problem with our Heating. Allen was the technician who came for our service. He was punctually.He checked what the problem was and fixed it efficiently. He then made sure that we were able to see that everything was working as needed. Then he proceeded to draw and explain to us the working of the heating system and what he had done to fix it. I had scheduled a routine maintenance visit for today. I received a telephone reminder on Friday as promised.Today, I also received a telephone call stating Derek would arrive in 15-20 minutes. He arrived promptly. Derek introduced himself and was very friendly. He reviewed the work order and then started the service. Afterwards, Derek thoroughly explained what he found as well as recommendations for more efficient system operation. He was polite, knowledgable, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Today we had a yearly check up of our Heat Pump. This is the first time we called Gilmore Heating and Air. We were more than satisfied with the response time between our initial phone call and the scheduled day and time for the inspection. Gareth, our service technician was polite, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time and examined every component of our unit as well as the air ducts. I have used Gilmore for several years. I have their routine service plan and I love the twice a year check ups. A year ago they did a whole new replacement of my ducts and insulation. Today Humberto came. He was the best service tech so far. He was amazingly thorough, polite, and efficient. I'm going to call and request him for my spring check up.

We have used Gilmore for a couple of years. Their work is professional and they do not try to sell you something they do not need. Allen S. has service us most of the time and his work and demeanor is outstanding.
