Humberto serviced our a/c system today and we were very happy with his work. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and a true asset to his company. We took his advice regarding using better filters and feel this will help our havc unit last longer.

Humberto V*** came to inspect our new hvac system. He was on time, friendly, courteous, respectful and while working, asked me to watch a short video from his iPad of the best filters for our system and convinced me to buy the highest MRF 10 rating to properly maintain our unit. Fluent in spanish was a big blessing translating what I say to my tenant who does not speak English, setting thermostat, filter installation, and any concerns that I needed to know. Ryan N came out and was very thorough with going over every step of the install process, crawled up in the attic to physically show the problem with our old system. Due to having a child with medical complications, they were very compliant with the need of flexible schedule needs, as well as the company providing a very good deal and service!

Humberto came to our home, performed maintenance on our system, and discussed his work with us. We found that he had done a very thorough job. He then pointed out some potential problem areas and went over some options with us. We agreed to some and decided to put other off until we could afford them. We didn't feel that there was any pressure to do anything. Humberto was great. He spent more time than I expected to do the 6 month checkup on the system his company installed 7 months ago. Being a retired general and electrical contractor I really appreciate service by someone who is willing to take the time to make sure the job is done right. He was extremely polite and knew his job well. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I have been a customer of Gilmore Heating and Air for a few years now. This is a great company. Every single person that has come to my house has been nice, courteous, and professional. We bought a new air conditioning and heating unit last summer, and haven't regretted purchasing through this company. We were pleased with the purchase and installation.
