My only complaint is that Joel's quote, when I pursued quotes from other dealers, was $1000 more. Bob,during my last purchase, gave me a quote that could not be matched (2010). I had hoped to have the same experience. In the end, the price came down to match the other dealers. I suggest you revisit this....because I, in part, chose to return to the dealership so I would not have to haggle....and then, I did have to! My salesman, and the whole professional staff at Germain Honda were great to work with. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and simply great to work with. No pressure sales, No gimmicks, No surprises at the end, which I have gotten at other dealerships. Jeff showed me the prices of used cars in the area, using a website, so I didn't have to shop around to know that I was getting a fair price. This was not my first experience with this Honda dealership. I leased my first Honda, an Accord, in the mid 80's. The staff has always been exceptionally easy to work with, efficient, caring, thorough, and completely professional. This refers to everyone from the receptionist in the showroom (a new addition) to the technical staff in the service area. Heather DeFoe took good care of me: holding the car I wanted while I got financing even though there was a waiting list behind me for it. She knew the car and gave me a great walk-through. She made the car-buying experience as easy as it reasonably could be. She was charming and respectful. I would absolutely go to her again for another Honda.

We had visited Germain about 10 months earlier and my wife remembered how friendly Evan had been. So when we went back she wanted to talk to him again, and he was very helpful and not at all high pressure. And Clifton was very good at explaining our options concerning financing and protection plans.
