I didn't have to wait for an appointment, the service was done completely and efficiently, the discounts provided by coupons were much appreciated, great car wash!

The reason why I am sharing my experience is because I was very pleased with Germain Honda. The manager, sale consultant and finance officer were so personable, knowledgeable and made the whole experience a good one. We went to many other dealers to shop for a vehicle and our experiences at the other dealers were all high pressure and stressful. Germain was different and I would definitely recommend them to friends! Ask for Luis Downey!

Steve was very courteous and professional, he called me several times during the day to keep me updated, he explained everything, made the right recommendations. It was a really pleasant experience. I would like to recognize Don Durham as well, he helped me in the past. Both employees deserve special recognition. I did not get the same service from Brad Stegemann, he was the first one I met when I entered the building.

Don Durham was ( as he always is, as well as other employees ) incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, and explained everything thoroughly before and after the service. I had many questions which he answered fully. He went over in great detail the list of all services done and the services which may be needed in the future. I couldn't imagine a better place to take my car for service. You are all awesome!

I met Heather Defoe after a week of searching for a Honda Insight with my husband. At that point, we had met plenty of salesmen, and I was disappointed with the whole car-shopping experience. Stopped in for an oil change and inspection before a trip....super quick visit....everything done that I asked for...oil change, check tire pressure and battery. Taken right away...barely had time to get comfortable in the lounge!
