Jason played our lead host, but everyone he introduced us to was pleasant, appreciative of our visit and knowledgeable about what they did. Jason is pleasant to work with without being overly aggressive. He is also very good with communications. I am not easy to get a hold of and he was excellent with follow up and leaving detailed messages. Everything I asked for, he tracked down. The way I was treated on July 1was unacceptable. Joel The way I was treated on July 1was unacceptable. Joel Rosentreter, Internet Sales Manager, had Emailed me on June 28 in response to my request for a price quote on a used vehicle. After that initial response, I sent 3 email replies to Joel that were not answered. I then called Joel to set up a test drive of the quoted vehicle. He agreed to the day and time. First time in my now white-haired life I bought from a dealer. Recommended by my son, Germain of Ann Arbor and Jason Brinkman were fantastic. Helpful at every turn, I have the car I need and wanted. The floor manager, the financial manager, the service personnel and the cashier all great. Jason was particularly attentive and answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. Will return for service and recommend highly!

In the past I worked with Don Durham and Nick Sneed in service -- Honda Pilot, Civic, and CRV. I received what I consider to be world class service from this dealer, and exceptional personal service from these reps. My Honda CRV was running strong at 273k miles when it was struck and totaled by a person that ran a stop sign. This dealer rebuilt engines on two of my vehicles to my 100% satisfaction. I recently leased a 2013 Honda Civic Lx from Bob Dymkowski and the team at Germain Honda. Everything from my initial quote online from Joel to receiving the car keys from Bob was smooth, timely and fair. The entire team at Germain Honda were excellent to work with, leasing a car was easy and straight forward. I lost everything I owned in the May 20th tornado that hit Moore OK, including my beloved cars. As soon as I could I began searching for a replacement Honda s2000 and I found "the one" at Germain of Ann Arbor. I called, and my point of contact was Jason. I told him what happened, that I wanted the car, and I would be flying out to get it ASAP. I was in for my annual oil change and inspection. Overall it was fine, and I was pleased that it didn't take very long. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and the gentleman that checked me in and out was courteous and personable. Thanks!
