The Honda Pilot (2011) car was in for an airbag recall, no charge. While there addressed interior, rear-view mirror discoloration issue and determined mirror needs to be replaced. Second issue is the hitch cover not fitting tightly, new one being ordered with expectation that, if needed, inquiry will be made as to why the cover isn't fitting more tightly so avoid its slipping out from road vibration. I bought a new Honda CRV from Luis Downey. He was the best, super helpful, listen to our needs and worked with us to get the right price. He was very funny and made the experience that much better. I will definitely be back in three years when the lease is up to negotiate for a new car.
