Everyone at Germain Honda was very patient and professional. I mentioned the Costco auto program our son had worked thru, but my wife and I were hoping to work with them. (We have purchased 5 Honda vehicles from prior Honda Cooper in the past). They worked with us on selection (between used & new), price, the warranty options, and answers to many questions!!! Just leased a new car. Wow, Mr. Elasivich was able to get me out of my old lease early, and into a new car THE SAME DAY WE WENT LOOKING! He was very professional, friendly, and worked diligently to help us figure out a way to get the exact vehicle I wanted, with my limited budget. Jason was extremely courteous and responsive through the whole sales process. He provided all information that I asked regarding the car history and maintenance status, and was very flexible about the test drive, but he didn't press me to make a quick decision (which I always appreciate). The sales negotiation went smoothly and I was treated well during this process.
