I have bought cars from many dealers and found they were all the same - However Germain Honda ended up being MUCH better. I expected the usual - sales person acting like a friend etc. My sales person was really interested in helping me find my car. She cared. The day I arrived she was VERY busy but I never felt like I was put on "hold". Despite how busy she was-I always felt she felt bad and she did make me feel comfortable and kept in constant contact with me while I episodically waited. Joel promptly answered my internet question about 2014 drive and sign deals and the purchase documents. Luis explained well both the Odyssey and Pilot (purchased) features. Jonathon was instrumental in working out financing with Chase for a very good 2013 Pilot deal. They also provided a Civic Fri 01-10 overnight since I had turned in my rental. Luis Downey was very helpful and friendly when we visited on December 30th to purchase a new vehicle. Joel Rosentreter gave us a great price for our Honda Civic, which we love to drive very much. I started my search on Friday Dec 27 by walking in and asking for Jeff as he helped me with my prior purchase 7 years ago. This was a very busy time of year and Jason was gracious enough to help me get started. Jeff and I did talk a bit later when he was available and we made a plan to meet again on Monday, 12/30, to test drive a vehicle currently being checked out by Service.
